The Grayson Diamond Club Would Like to Invite You to the 6Th Annual Grayson JV Invitational

The Grayson Diamond Club would like to invite you to the 6th Annual Grayson JV Invitational Softball Tournament. The tournament will be held the week of August 14-15, 2009 (F, S). This will be a GHSA sanctioned tournament.

The format of the tournament will be pool play on Friday night and Saturday morning. Each team will play three pool play games to determine whether they will play in the Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze Medal Round (4 teams each) on Saturday. Each team will play a total of two games on Friday and three games on Saturday (5 for the tournament). For teams that will be traveling a substantial distance, we will try to schedule your pool play games to accommodate travel times.

Games will be played at Grayson HS and at Bay Creek Park (2-3 miles from the school). Each team must provide a new, regulation GHSA approved optic yellow ball for each game. The tournament entry fee will be $275 per team ($500 for two teams).

We are limiting participation to the first 20 teams that send in a completed registration form and entry fee. We hope you will join us as we continue a great tradition for the Grayson HS Softball Program.
