NOTE:

l  All conference delegates and speakers must register in order to participate at the 2009 ASPAC Conference at National Science and Technology Museum, Taiwan (NSTM). This data will be used on the badge and participants’ list.

l  Please mark if you do not want your 0 e-mail or 0 mobile to appear on the list.

l  Only valid member for 2009 will get a member rate for the conference. For the renewal membership fee please pay separately with your conference fee.

l  The registration fee includes the conference participation held during May 26-29,2009, welcome pack, brochure, documents, lunches, coffee break, welcome reception, dinners, and the shuttle from hotel to NSTM.

l  Post conference tour not included in the fee and registration in advance is required.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Registration payment is to be made to the ASPAC Treasurer (National Science Museum, Thailand) by credit card on-line. Please submit your payment form with bank document (put on name, organization, country, pay for conference fee) to ASPAC Treasure. The ASPAC 2009 Host, National Science and Technology Museum, Taiwan will confirm your registration upon your payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation made before March 30, 2009: for refund of 90% of the registration fee.

Cancellation made from April 1 to May 15, 2009 for refund of 75% of the registration fee.

Cancellation made after May 16, 2009 the fee will not be refunded.

POST CONFERENCE TOUR (May 30, 2009)

Note: Minimum 24 and maximum 40 participants are required for each option. For details please go to the Tour link on the conference website. Pre-registration is required. The fees will pay on site.
