GUIDELINES
1.Rating:
a)Each attribute carry 10 marks
b)There are 10 attributes
c)Total Marks 100
2.‘0’ will be lowest & ‘10’ will be highest rating.
APPRAISAL RATINGS LINKED TO CONFIRMATION
3.If the rating is above 51% i.e., above the ‘Less than Satisfactory’ level, the concerned employee can be confirmed.
4.If the rating is below 50% i.e., Below ‘Satisfactory level’, the concerned employee’s probation has to be extended for another 3 months and has to undergo another Appraisal after completion of 3 months extension.
5.If the employee is not confirmed during the 2nd Appraisal term also i.e., after 9 months from the date of joining, then he can be terminated from the services of the company based on the due recommendations from the HOD / discretion of the Management.
