Level 1 – gentle strolls on level paths for beginners (approx 1 hour)
Level 2 – some slopes, a bit more strenuous, for improvers (approx 1-1.5 hours)
Level 3 – more challenging countryside walks if you are feeling fit (approx 1.5-2 hours)
