Year 7 Netball v’s BGS – Drew 4-4

Another hard fought game by the Year 7 Netballers(see right) who managed to

get a 4-4 draw against BGS on Wednesday. All the girls played really welland it’s

clear to see all their hard work and trainingis paying off. Keep up the good work girls.

U16 Rugby White Rose Festival @ Ilkley Grammar School

The Year 11 Rugby team were up against some tough opposition in this festival,

playingagainst Bingley (L) SouthCraven (D) Ilkley Grammar (L) and Whitcliffe

Mount (L). The lads(pictured right) enjoyed the festival and learnt a lot from it.

Y8 Sportshall Athletics – Huddersfield Leisure Centre

The Yr 8 boys sportshall athletics team successfully qualified to the Bradford Schools games

Final, held in February, where they finished a close second to reach the West Yorkshire School

Games Finals held at Huddersfield Leisure Centre on the 13th March. It was an excellent team

performance to finish 9th in the whole of West Yorkshire, with Morgan Corcoran being the

outstanding performer in the finals.

Staff Football v Beckfoot – Ran out 5-3 winners against Beckfoot staff on Friday!! 
