1/31
1/31 / Evidence Cards Created (at least 3) related to the Harms/Needs, Inherency, and/or the Solvency sections. If you have evidence related to the four-parts of The Plan, you should include that information within the 1AC Outline. However, you could also have evidence cards related to The Plan, if you anticipate that The Negative team will attack some part of that with greater force.
· Most groups divide up this task between 2 or more people in the group.
2/2 at the late-est) / The EXCHANGE of INFO:
Give the Affirmative Team, against whom you are debating as The Negative, your team’s Gmail addresses (just write them down on a notecard or sheet of paper). THE 1AC may not be changed in substance AFTER Feb. 3rd (the day AFTER the exchange). However, formatting issues may be addressed.
It’s the Negative’s job to contact Mrs. Scheel (in-person and/or email) if the Aff team has NOT supplied the Google file electronically.
You should receive from the Affirmative a mini-outline that includes their Resolution and Mandates on Thursday, Jan. 26th. / (make sure everyone takes a picture or copies the info )
1/31 / Outlining Format of the Entire 1AC / Outline (from Resolution to Solvency) is consistent, neat (indentations line up from section to section), lacking highlights, and ending with a pristinely formatted Bibliography (hanging indent; non-URL portion of entry is double-spaced; the URL-portion is single-spaced if lengthy).
