Enrolment Confirmation
  • HKIHRM’smembership is non-transferableand will not be extended to other legal entities or individuals.
  • Non-member rate will be charged if member number is not provided.
  • Enrolment confirmation will be sent by email at least three(3) days prior to the seminar. Please contact us if you do not receive it.
  • For enrolment under corporate membership, HKIHRM would (a) deem such enrolment is authorised by the corresponding member and (b) request the participant, if also a Fellow, Professional, Associate or Student member of our Institute to provide ALSO his/her membership number separately for CPD accreditation record.
  • Seats are only secured once full payment has been received.
Cancellation Policies:
  • The HKIHRM reserves the right to cancelor alter the content, timing, and venue of the seminar.
  • The HKIHRM reserves the right to reject an enrolment at any point in time.
  • No refund will be granted on cancellation of confirmed enrolment.
  • No-shows will incur the full cost of enrolment.
  • If a seminar is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or natural disaster, the HKIHRM is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant. Notice of the reschedule arrangement will be sent out within 10 working days.
  • In the event that Typhoon Signal no.8 and above or black rainstorm signal is hoisted, scheduled seminars will not be held. Announcements made at or after the following times apply:
-6am – to cancel morning seminar
-10am – to cancel afternoon seminar
-2pm – to cancel evening seminar
