9/22/2015 – Project Graduation 2016 Meeting Minutes
Jennifer Perry opened the meeting at 6:36 pm.
Event will take place at Main Event June 1.
Introduced the Board.
We still need a donation coordinator
volunteers to take t-shirts to all events
someone to run Mr. Rebel
Flamingo Flocking - we have 12 birds, if no one wants to run the whole thing we can switch chairs every month
Powder Puff
Buda Fest – parking , looking at renting a booth to sell Rebel merchandise, booth is $125.
Spirit Nights – contact restaurants to get a percent of sales.
Trail of Lights – Dec 11, 12, 17 – 20. Cost is $50 a night.
Weiner Dog Races – watermelon and nachos
Buda Fest contact is Bert Bronaugh for parking. They give Hays and Lehman’s PG $400 plus money from parking. Hays gets North barricade Sat morning then South barricade afternoon, Opposite schedule on Sunday. Need to be there are 7am and stay until dark. Elaine Purvis @Big Oak Kennel handles food booths at Buda Fest. Consider parade and handing out candy. Parade info at
Main Event $14,000. Their corporation is giving us a discount 3 meals, unlimited bowling, lazer tag, putt putt. Discussed photo booth and USB drives for each student.

Mr. Rebel – Mr. Ramirez is facilities director and will need to work with him.
