The Annual Covenant Enrichment Convocation will be held at the Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church in Monroe. Delegates are required to arrange their own accommodation using the registration form & hotel bookinginformation, which are included with your mailed invitation. They can also bedownloaded by clicking the form linkson the EMBC web page for the CEC:

All delegates are strongly urged to send completed registration information (complete with payment as noted below) to the EMBC church office as soon as possible – and by August 12, 2016 at the very latest. The Convocation day sessions will consist of450-minute dayclasses. There will also be3 evening worship sessions with a different focus group each night during the week.The day session topics willbeon Leadership, Stewardship, Missionwork and Evangelism. The convocationwill close out withtheAnnual Address from our Bishop, Holy Communionand a luncheon for all convocationdelegates. Alldelegatesare also asked to wear white on the last day of the convocation. Attached, you will find an outline of the convocation itinerary.

The convocation registration fee is$150per church (min. 6 people | max. 16 people) and$10per individual. This fee is dueat the time ofregistration and should be mailed in with your form. Mail allregistration fees and forms to: Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church, 503 Maurice Street, Monroe, NC 28112. Complete registration packetsneedto be postmarkedby no later than August 12,2016 (no exceptions). All checks should be made payable to the Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church with “UCCI” noted in the memo field.
