Election on Personal Days
Move that the Halifax City Local request that Halifax Regional Representative Council to conduct a regional NSTU referendum regarding the re allocation of 5 personal days from the sick day allotment.

A written copy from the Lawyer
Move that the Halifax City Local requests a written copy of the “Legal Opinion” signed and sealed by the NSTU lawyer who made it. Specifically why the Halifax City Locals 2011 resolution on accountability of administrative bullying was not accepted. Further we direct the Halifax City Local executive to attach the original proposed resolution.
