Up to 22 days before arrival free of charge, between 21 and 15 days 20%, between 14 and 7 days 30%, between 6 and 1 days 50% of total amount. NO SHOW: 100% of total amount (Compensation for cancelled reservations is calculated from the percentage of total value of reserved services)
General term and conditions
All announcements, modifications or cancellations of reservations have to be in a written form. Agency is obligated to announce the reservations to the Hotel as soon as possible. Published rates by the Agency have to be equal of higher than Hotel rack rates. Stop Bookings must be accepted by the agency.
