OUTSIDE SCHOOL HOURS CARE COMMUNITY SURVEY

Wondai State School is considering opening its own Outside School Hours Care Service (OSHC).The service would operate within the school grounds before school, after school and during school holiday periods.

To establish an OSHC service that accommodates the community’s needs the school is seeking feedback from families about their requirements for the OSHC service. The decision about establishing a service will be based on the information received via this survey. If you are interested in using an OSHC service at the school above, please take the time to complete the survey and return to the Administration Office by 22 June 2017.
