** Section 14-36g(d) of the Connecticut General Statutes currently authorizes the Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles to suspend the license of any person who commits a second or subsequent violation of the graduated licensing laws (passenger restrictions, curfew, etc.) until such driver attains the age of 18 years.
