As per Special General Meeting held on 04-04-2015, it was decided that maintenance charges for the year 2015 - 2016 is as follows:

Self-Occupancy/Non occupied flat: 2,700/- pm

Flat on Rent : 2,970/- pm

Note:

(a)All the payment must be made either through Bank Transfer or by Cheque in favour of “Mont Vert Tropez CHS Ltd”

(b)Dis-honour of cheque will attract charges of100/- per cheque

(c)Interest charges will be levied @ 21% S.I on non-payment of maintenance charges as per the schedule

(d)Maintenance charges should be paid in advance by the 10th of the current month.

(e) Discount to be offered to member who pays at a time:

  1. Six months @ Rs. 54/- pm
  2. 1 year @ Rs.135/- pm

(f)This payment must be done by 15th of April to avail the discount

  • As per Special General Meeting, maintenance demand notes are raised quarterly, but for the convenience of the residents we allow part payment (monthly) of the demand note, only up to 10th of the month. However, delay penalties will be calculated on the complete demand note amount.
  • Delay penalties will not be calculated on part payment.
  • Those who have paid monthly payment for April, 2015, should pay the May instalment before 10th May, else delay penalty will be charged on the entire balance, and you will have to pay the entire balance amount.
