When the British bark Robert S. Besnard passed in at Sandy Hook yesterday morning her skipper, Capt. Andrews, said that the reason it had taken him more than three months to get to New York from Montevideo was that, on Christmas Eve, while off the coast of Georgia, he ran into a waterspout.
