Outcomes and evidence requirements
Outcome 1
Describe pathogenic contamination of dairy products, including the health and economic consequences.

Evidence requirements
2.1A pathogen management checklist is developed for a given area in accordance with the Dairy Industry Pathogen Management Checklist.
Outcome 3
Document a traceback action plan following the notification of a positive Level 3 in the individual’s workplace.
