The model JFP-12 can only fill one kind of bottle at a time, if you want to fill 2 or more bottles with different volume, we have to adjust the filling point and

3. Characteristic:

1 It adopts automatic transmission control methods which reduces labour, reduce costs, improves the quality and profits.

2 We use imported man-machine interface control to make sure it has performance accuracy, strong stability, easy operation.

3 Detection devices are made of imported components, high control precision, fast response.

4 We adopted infrared lamp heat, so it has penetration, uniform heating, 40% electricity savings. The reflector width and height can be adjusted for different structures of the preforms can be heated.

5 It has automatic alarm and automatic fault detection to determine function.

6 We chose and used Germany, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, pneumatic components to make sure our product has a high sensitivity and switching

speed,low failure rate, safe and reliable operation.

7 The air route design: Action and blowing into two parts, to

meet the blow, the action of different air pressure requirements for high pressure blowing products.

8 The unique clamping structure has a strong clamping power. It is smooth, fast opening and closing mould, easy installation and replacement for mould.

Should you wish us to install and commission the machines, then following rates will apply and hourly rates will be as follows:

EngineerR 600 per hour
TechnicianR 385 per hour

Additional work at the clients request will also be carried out at the above rates.

Additional materials used at the clients request will be charged at cost plus 10%.

Please note that installation costs will be calculated based on normal working hours. Should you require the installation to be carried out over a weekend, then overtime rates shall apply. These are a premium of x 1.5 for Saturdays, and x 2 for Sundays and Public holidays

4.IMC VALUE ADDED SERVICES

IMC Engineering Solutions and partners offer a full range of services, ranging from the fabrication and supply of new equipment, to the refurbishment of existing. We also carry extensive knowledge and experience in Food Safety, ISO Quality Management Systems and HACCP applications.

5. DELIVERY

Delivery subject to order confirmation and deposit payment and as per discussions held at your premises.

Final exact delivery dates can be confirmed on placement of orders in China

6.GUARANTEES

All machines are guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months against faulty workmanship

7.EXCLUSIONS

The supply and installation of in feed and out feed conveyors.

The supply of any other up stream and down stream equipment
