Hotel Plans Form – Please Fill This Out
The International Collegiate Business Strategy Competition will be held at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton – Anaheim Resort and Convention Center. All school participants in the ICBSC must stay at the competition hotel. Filling out this form assists the Administrative Director in reserving the correct block size for our group. This is NOT a registration form. We will send you a separate form to use to register with the hotel in January.
The DoubleTree Suites by Hilton – Anaheim Resort Convention Center has suite rooms with separate living and sleeping areas. The sleeping area has two queen beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The two areas are separated by a door. The suites are spacious for setting up laptop computers and small printers. Each team must reserve at least one suite room which will also serve as the team “Headquarters Room.” The per-night event discounted rate for the suites is $169 plus resort charge and taxes. Up to four individuals may share each room. The hotel also has a limited number of standard queen/queen and king rooms that it is making available to ICBSC guests for a rate of $149 per night plus resort fee and taxes. Given the EXTREMELY small number of standard rooms at the hotel, very few standard rooms will be available for students or advisors as first preference for standard rooms will be given to judges. After judges have an opportunity to reserve rooms, standard rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
A hotel reservation form identifying your registration as being from the Competition will be sent to the contact person and team advisors in late January. YOU ARE NOT MAKING A RESERVATION or commitment with this form. We are requesting that you make an effort to provide us with a best guess of the number of rooms you will need. Please fill it out.
