Cracker Barrel: Angel Food Cake w/ Fresh Fruit

Day One-Friday, March 22

Staff Breakfast: Ham and Cheese Omelets, Biscuits, Grits, Oatmeal, Apples, OJ

Course Lunch-- Blue and Gold: (Lenten choice: Cod Filets)

Boneless Turkey and Gravy, Dressing, Mashed Potatoes (reg or sweet),Corn, Rolls,

Salad Bar,Fresh Fruit cup.

Dinner: Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry with Fried Rice, Rolls, and Salad Bar

(Lenten Choice: Vegetable Stir Fry with Plain rice)

Cracker Barrel: Banana Pudding w/ fresh bananas, Mixed Fruit

Day Two-Saturday, March 23

Breakfast:French toast, Sausage, Apples, Oatmeal, OJ

Lunch: PorkBBQ (NC Style), Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad, Salad Bar, Angel food cake/Fruit

Dinner:BBQ Chicken, Baked Sweet Potatoes, Fresh Collard Greens or Green Beans, Salad Bar

Cracker Barrel: DUTCH OVEN SURPRISE

Day Three-Sunday, March 24

Breakfast: Eggs with Ham, Potatoes, Sausage, Grits, Oatmeal, Croissants, OJ

Lunch: Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Potato Salad or Chips, Salad Bar, Cookies or Fruit

Beverage Bar: Coffee (reg and decaf), hot tea, hot choc, ice tea, fruit punch, lemonade, water

Salad Bar: Salad Mix, cukes, bacon bits, onions, celery, tomatoes, cheese, dressing

Lunch: Bagged-Deli Sandwich, Chips, Cookies, Apple, Trail Mix

Scoutmaster Dinner: Shrimp cocktail, Lobster Bisque,Surf and Turf (Filet and Crab Cake or Stuffed Clams), Red Potatoes, Lima Beans, Salad Bar, Cheese Cake

Final Day 6-Monday, April 22

Staff Breakfast: Sausage and Gravy Biscuits, Potatoes, Grits, Apples, OJ

Closing Lunch: Sliced Flank Steak, Baked Potato, Lima beans and Corn, Green Beans, Rolls, Salad Bar, Fruit cup
