Title: Flashcard Corruption Exhibiting Unrecoverable Blue Screen Condition
Scope:
Vission 20/20 programs – version 4494 through 4550.
Overview:
Changes to the flashcard structure will prevent flashcard card corruption. This change will target program versions in the ranges of 4494 through 4550.
To identify the program currently installed in the 20/20 panel;
- Press the Help button.
- Press the Version button.
- Inspect “Software Version:” number.
For programs within the specified range, if corrective action is not taken, the flashcard corruption problem will cause the Vission 20/20 panel to exhibit an unrecoverable blue screen condition. If your 20/20 panel exhibits an unrecoverable blue screen, a new flashcard will be required for your panel. Please contact the Vilter Service and Warranty department to help facilitate this.
