Role Objective:To maintain relationships with clients, manage & build key accounts, execution of mandates within the industry vertical/sub-vertical in the regional market.
Key Accountabilities:
1) Targets– Delivery of Mandates and achieving individual target
- Meeting volume and value objectives (i.e. pre-decided targets between incumbent & reporting manager) within the agreed timeframe
- Planning, implementing & monitoring each mandate process
- Identifying market and movement trends
- Mandate problem identification
- Analysis of client, candidate and market information
2) Key Account Management– Manage key relationships with existing clients to increase revenues
- Maintain constant contact with existing clients
- Ability to drive relationships independently
- Nurture relationships to increase revenue
- Networking and relationship building
