- President’s Report
· Thanks to committee chairs for their review of their committees. I will review these to make sure everyone is working on tasks and that we are moving forward collectively.
· Thanks to Adam and Jess for working on the review of our budget.
· Met with Kelly O’Neil from Athletics Marketing. I will be the one spearheading the Athletics Task Force moving forward, but I would like someone else to step up and take it from me. We would like to do a spirit week, co-sponsored with Athletics, to get the University behind the basketball teams. Talk to me if you are interested.
· Today was our first outreach day. We started off strongly and got a number of people signed up for commuter hall.
· The open forums that each constituency will hold is going to be crucial moving forward. I would like to commend the business school for their work on their own open forum so far.
· We don’t have too much time left for this term. Now is the time to tie up all loose ends on initiatives and get tasks accomplished. This is your time to shine and to get things done to help your platform for running again.
- Treasurer’s Report
· Finance Committee collected all of our data for mid-year review. We will discuss this data at our meeting this week.
· Finance Committee will meet at 7PM on Thursdays in the UCenter.
· Sebba (from Page)- Spring SOAC deadline is February 27th.
- Speaker’s Report
· The chalkboard wall will be filled with goals the committees would like to accomplish. I will meet with committee chairs to discuss this. DO NOT WRITE ON THE CHALKBOARD
· We will have a number of open seats. If you are interested in pursuing an open seat, speak to your committee chair, and they can recommend you if they believe you can fill a sit.
· Let us know if you have any class conflicts so we have lateness on our record.
· I need committee meeting times from chairs.
