December/January School Holiday Program 2017/2018

Please sign the days that you require care for over the school holidays.We suggest returning the registration forms as soon as possible as we have limited spots available.If we are unable to offer you a day you have selected then we will contact you.If you wish to cancel days that you have booked, 2 weeks notice is to be given.

Please bring in correct money on the morning of excursion your child is booked for.

Please remember to bring a water bottle and children are to wear closed in shoes.If your child requires any special sunscreen please bring this along for the day too.To assist with sun safety, please ensure suitable clothing is worn.

Please ensure your child is at the centre before 9am to be organised for departure 9.15am.
