To access the grounds, turn west into Murray St at Coolup, then turn in at the Coolup hall.
The front gate must be kept closed whilst horses are on the grounds.
CAMPING AREAS
Camping is permitted around the Polo Cross arena as you enter the grounds and in the paddock on the right hand side adjacent to the South West Highway.
Please do not camp on the Polo Cross Arena.
TOILETS AND SHOWERS are located centrally at the pony club rooms.
WATER and HAY
Water points are located around the main arena. Hoses will be required.
A wash down bay and some yards and water point are located on the divider fence adjacent to the pony club. And on the East of the cutting arena. Water will not be delivered to your camps.
HAY will not be provided. Bring your own weed free supplies.
CATTLE TRUCKS ACCESS
B doubles will be loading and unloading cattle all weekend on the South side of the arena. Please leave plenty of room for the trucks to enter and turn around.
WARM UP AREAS
A designated warm up area will be provided to the South of the arena.
RESTRICTED AREAS
The small arenas and grassed arena alongside of the pony club is a NO HORSE area. Please keep your horses out of these areas.
X COUNTRY JUMPS
X country jumps are not to be used. DO NOT fence any X country jumps into horse yards.
TREES
We are very fortunate to have plenty of shade. DO NOT FENCE ANY TREES INTO YOUR HORSE PADDOCKS OR ALLOW YOUR HORSES TO CHEW ANY TREES.
SPECTATOR VIEWING and VISITOR PARKING
Visitor and car only parking is available in the NO HORSE area surrounding the pony club rooms. SPECTATOR VIEWING AREAis provided on the North side of the cut out yard. This is a NO HORSE area.
CATERING and BAR Facilities will be provided all weekend with Saturday night entertainment,
DOGS are permitted but kept on a lead please.
Please dispose of your rubbish on leaving.

Please note:
Glenvar Hay Youth Series:Junior/ Juvenile scores will be carried forward from
Wellard, Dardanup and Coolup Campdrafts. Winners will be awarded in both age groups.
Each draft’s 2 run scores will be combined.
Each rider’s highest aggregate from 2 drafts will be carried forward to find overall winners.
No nomination required. Prizes include Harold Pitcher’s Bridles.
Finals;Maiden, Novice, Open, Champion of Champions.
Please note competitors are restricted to a maximum of 8 first round starts.
All prize-money will be in excess of A.C.A. requirements.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY.
The committee reserves the right to alter the program without notice.Entries may close early depending on cattle numbers. First in best dressed.
Riders under the age of 18 must wear an approved riding helmet when riding at any time at the venue.
All dogs must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
***Any changes to horse or rider must be submitted to the office before the event starts.***
Stallions must be double tied or hobbled behind panels when not ridden.
- Full catering, licensed bar and refreshments available all weekend
- Saturday night dinner and entertainment
