Were back in the race! Back by popular demand we will again be hosting a Vendor Exposition at our Annual CAPA Fall Conference. We missed you last year! We are excited to be hosting the conference and expo at the Richmond International Raceway. Start your engines!

On behalf of our organization, we would like to extend an invitation for your company to participate in our 2011 CAPA Fall Conference Vendor Expo.

The Expo will be held from 12 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. on Friday, September 16, 2011 in the breezeway on the second level of the Richmond International Raceway stands. Booth size is approximately 8’ x 10’. We will provide a six-foot presentation table (with tablecloth and skirt), 2 chairs and 2 gourmet lunches and drinks. The cost per booth is $250.00. We ask that you have no more than 2 people per booth. We also have opportunities for your company to sponsor breakfast, pit stops and lunch.

The Capital Area Purchasing Association consists of approximately 250 purchasing professionals from state agencies, counties, cities, towns, colleges, universities, school divisions, hospitals, authorities, political subdivisions and community services boards in the Richmond Metropolitan area.

We look forward to putting names with faces and reconnecting with you. This will be a great opportunity for your company to network with agencies that may not be aware of the products and/or services you offer. We hope you will join us to make this a checkered flag event.
