Hudson-Ellis Scholarship
Deadline: May 1, 2015
This scholarship was established through the generosity of Lottie B. Ellis to help young people in our community further their education. It is open to graduating seniors from Danville, Boyle County and KSD. This year, one $2000 award will be made for student sin each school for a total of three. This scholarship is renewable for up to four years of undergraduate study, contingent on continued full-time enrollment and a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5. Recipients must:
- Be a current resident of Danville/Boyle County (proof of address is required)
- Be a graduating senior from Boyle County, Danville or KSD
- Attend an accredited, degree-granting college or technical school in KY or Gallaudet University in Washington, DC
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Be active in school, well-rounded and committed to service in the community
- Have financial need

The Tab Farthing Memorial Scholarship
Deadline: April 20, 2015
The Tab Farthing Memorial Scholarship is awarding a $1000 scholarship to a graduating student from Boyle County or Danville High School who is interested in pursuing a degree in the Environmental Field of study. This scholarship will be awarded based on academic achievement, community service involvement, school activities and awards, and a required essay.

KY Manufactured Housing Institute
Deadline: April 1, 2015
Three $1000 scholarships will be awarded to 2014 graduating high school seniors or GED recipients who currently reside in manufactured or mobile homes. These awards are available for university, college, technical or vocational programs.

Stratton/Tipton Scholarship
Deadline: April 30, 2015
The Stratton/Tipton Scholarship is an award of $500 given by the Kentucky Association of Career & Technical Education Special Needs Personnel. This award serves to provide assistance for one Kentucky high school senior and one currently enrolled post=secondary student pursuing a degree, diploma or certificate in the field of Career & Technical education from any post –secondary institution in Kentucky. Each recipient will receive a $500 scholarship, ($250 per semester).

Kentucky Head Start Association Memorial Scholarship
Deadline: March 20, 2015
The Kentucky Head Start Association Memorial Scholarship consists of two (2) awards each in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500) given to two (2) Head Start graduates.

Women in Service to Our Communities Scholarship
Deadline: July 15, 2015
WSC is offering a Scholarship of $500 for an undergraduate or a graduate student. The scholarship is intended to benefit students who are actively involved in community service. You can find an electron version online under the “forms” section of the website hhtp://. You will need Community Service Resume highlighting service you have volunteered for in addition to hours required by your school.
A 300 word essay responding to the question: “Please briefly describe an important chosen, based on your service experience and school studies, please describe how an individual can help address this issue.”

Kentucky AMVTS Auxiliary Scholarship
Deadline: April 3, 2015
This scholarship is available in the State of Kentucky for a High School graduate who has been accepted into a school for a Service Oriented profession.

Kentucky Federation of Republican Women Scholarship
Deadline: April 1, 2015
KFRW seeks to grant one (1) scholarship annually in the amount of $1000 to a college-bound high school senior girl who has been politically active within the Republican Party during her high school career. The qualified applicant will graduate from a Kentucky High School in 2015, is a registered Republican and plans to enroll at an accredited college or university in Kentucky.

Danville Boyle County Scholarship Foundation Board
Deadline: April 1, 2015
Provides scholarships for local students for post-secondary education. Both traditional students and non-traditional students are eligible. ALL students residing in Boyle County and planning to pursue post-secondary education are eligible.
