I am not getting any response to my calls to you.
Neither have we received your stocking plan for airports.
Meanwhile SKUs are nearing expiry dates at the airport and additional stock is held up at MRW since we cannot carry that much at these stores. CAN YOU PLEASE HAVE THE ISQ STOPPED IMMEDIATELY SO THAT WE CAN TRANSFER OUT THE EXCESS.

Hi Aartee,
We discussed the OF presence in the airport stores yesterday. So while we want to take a call on removing the category from the store, it would be advisable to keep a few SKU’s which have a fast movement in such stores.
We can look at keeping a FSU in the store for the OF category if required on T3, so that we keep the wall space with us.
Or we can look at a 4 ft panel which can be split into PC & OF to ensure the presence of both the cateogies.
Requesting Ashima to share the SKU’s which have been doing well in the airport stores for us to take the decision.

Further to our discussion today morning, please note that due to airport norms, we cannot carry all the SKU's at Airport stores.
Hence in both the airport stores OF category is struggling for sale. At T1D average monthly sale in 2016 -17 was (0.86) and in 2017-18 is (0.50).
