1.رئيس اول قسم للتغذيه تم انشاؤه في وزارة الصحة عام 1969
2.أمين سر أول مجلس اعلى للغذاء والتغذيه في الاردن عام 1970
3.اجراء أول مسوحات تغذيه وصحة مستمره على الاطفال في المدن والقرى والباديه والمخيمات في الاردن (1969، 1974، 1985، 1992، 2004، 2005، 2006، 2007، 2010
4.اجراء أول دراسات لصالح منظمه الصحة العالميه ومنظمه الزراعه والاغذية الدولية واليونيسيف واليونسكو ووكالة الانماء الدولية وغيرها داخل الاردن وخارجها في مواضيع الصحة العامة والتغذيه والتعليم الطبي (1975-2004).
5.أول رئيس لاتحاد التعليم الطبي العالمي في منطقة الشرق المتوسط ولمدة خمسه عشرة سنه (1985-2000).
6.أول عميد مؤسس لكلية الطب في جامعة اليرموك وبعدها في جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا (1983-1991).
7.ثاني رئيس مؤسس لجامعه العلوم والكنولوحيا الاردنيه (1995- 2003)تم خلالها
-انجاز ابنية كليات العلوم الطبيه
-اتمام بناء وتشغيل مستشفى الملك عبدالله بسعة 760 سريرا
-بناء مسجد الجامعة , بتبرع سخي من محسن إماراتي .
-المباشره ببناء المكتبه وعلوم الحاسوب
-المباشره ببناء الاستاذ الرياضي
-تخطيط وتطبيق البرنامج الموازي مما ادى الى تحسين البنية التحتية والتعليمية وتحسين دخل جميع العاملين في الجامعه
-المساهمه في اتمام بناء جسرين يوصلا الجامعه ومستشفى الملك عبدالله من الطريق الرئيسيه (اربد _ الرمثا).
-المساهمه في البدء بأنشاء طريق جديده من بوابه الجامعه الرئيسيه الى اربد
-انشاء مشروع المدينه الصناعي والمنطقة الحرة في الجهة الجنوبية للجامعة .
-انشاء مشروع شراكة جامعة نيويورك للعلوم في موقعي اربد وعمان
-الاستمرار في ايفاد عدد كبير من المبعوثين في جميع تخصصات العلوم والتكنولوجيا الى اشهر جامعات العالم .
-الاستمرار في تعيين الكوادر الاكاديميه والفنية العالية .
