EXHIBITORS’ GUIDE
Entries in all classes will be accepted in strict order of receipt
No entries will be accepted after the staging time
STAGING TIMES
Staging will take place on:-
SUNDAY ONLY from 8.00am-11.00am
All competitors MUST LEAVE THE MARQUEE BY 11.00am PROMPT
NO EXHIBIT MAY BE FASTENED TO THE SHOW BENCH
The committee will not be responsible for any loss, accident or
damage to the exhibits.
Two exhibits per class allowed.
No exhibit to be removed from the show before 3.30pm.
The decision of the judges shall be final.
A complete set of the show rules is on display in the Trading Hut.
A copy of the exhibitors’ guide is available in the Trading Hut.
Trophies will be awarded to Members of Woolston and District
Horticultural Society only. To be held by winner for one year.
Prize money may be collected from the Show Treasurer at the show.
Donation of exhibits for auction on behalf of Society funds would be
welcome.
Entries not collected by 3:45pm will become the property of
the Society and may be sold on behalf of the Society
