3. Public Hearing on the Acceptance of Certain Roads into the Municipal Street System of the Town of Woodfin Municipal Street System.

4. Consideration of a Resolution Accepting Same.

5. Public Hearing on the Proposed Zoning of Certain Parcels Located Along Leisure Mountain Road as R-21.

6. Consideration of an Ordinance Establishing Such Zoning.

7. Public Hearing on the Proposed Zoning of Certain Parcels Located Along Weaverville Road as C-S.

8. Consideration of an Ordinance Establishing Such Zoning.
