The conditions of the bond are such, that whereas the said ______
Principal, is engaged in the business of erecting signs adjacent to state highways as authorized by Mississippi Code Annotated 1972, Section 49-23-1, et. seq, and in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Mississippi Transportation Commission promulgated under the authority of Section 49-23-7 on file in the offices of the Mississippi Department of Transportation, Jackson, Mississippi.
Now therefore, if the above bounded principal, ______shall faithfully comply with the requirements of the laws of the State of Mississippi and the rules and regulations of the Mississippi Transportation Commission with respect to the placement, adjustment, and removal of advertising signs adjacent to state highways, then this obligation shall be null and void; otherwise, the same shall remain in full force and effect.
