Children’s Birthday Parties at The Treehouse Adventure Playground.

Thank you for considering Birr Castle Gardens & Science Centre for your child’s up and coming birthday celebrations. Please find below full details and the party booking form.
We will reserve a table in our Treehouse Adventure Playground and where possible under the roof of the playground barn. The below package/costs are based on minimum number of 10 children per group. (Smaller numbers can be catered for however this below package won’t apply) Pre-booking is essential, final numbers must be confirmed 24 hours before arrival.
Format:
Arrive, check in at the reception of Birr Castle Gardens & Science Centre, we will wrist band the adults and children in the same colour for the duration of your party visit. Our team will show you to your base (this is your base for a duration of 2 hours, after that and once we are still open you are welcome to explore the Demesne or re-locate elsewhere within the Treehouse Adventure Playground. The children can enjoy the Treehouse adventure playground however parental supervision is required at all times and please comply fully with the rules of the adventure playground for your own safety.
As part of the package we will present a gift to the birthday child as well as one family pass to use on another date of choice. (Both will be handed over prior to your departure)

Mix of Ham and Cheese and plain Cheese Sandwiches
Your preferred choice will be served with Potato Wedges. And for the sweet treat we will serve a rice crispy bun. We will agree a time for the serving of the food with you as part of the booking process.
Jugs of fruit squash and water will be served in disposable cups when we are serving the food.
Cost per child of €10 Monday to Friday, €12 Saturday and Sundayexcluding Bank Holiday Sunday and Mondays. Parties can be catered for from 17 March to 31 October each year.

Food can be purchased at the Courtyard café for adults, we will serve up to 3 hot beverages for adults as part of this package on the day from the kiosk in the playground.
*Celebration Cakes or Cup-Cakes can be supplied at additional costs.
