2. Roll Call – 21 of 24 Chapters Present
Not Present: Alpha Gamma Rho, Delta Tau Delta, and Sigma Chi
*Reminder:
According to the KSU Bylaws (103) of IFC, “After the third time a Member chapter is absent from an official IFC or Council of President’s meeting, then that chapter shall lose their voting rights in IFC for the next meeting. After the fourth absence from a meeting, a fine of $200 shall be imposed on the chapter. After the fifth absence the chapter shall be placed on social probation for the remainder of the semester or a minimum of one month”

- Spring Service Hours – Still need houses below to submit.

- B.I.G. – Great Opportunity for chapters to complete fun and easy service hours, The dates available are:
o November 21st (Community Clean Up) – 10:30am to 1pm, will be raking up four neighborhoods around the campus, meeting places are: Fiji, Smith Scholarship House, MCC Student Center, and Bluemont Elementary
o December 5th (Holiday Lights) – 10am to TBD, will be putting up lights and Winter decorations for those who are unable to. So far Stoneybrook and St Joseph’s Village are on board
o PLEASE encourage your members to participate and let Lee know # of participants by the end of this week! Let’s get a strong showing of how great our Greek community is!

- The first recruitment workshop of the spring semester will be on Tuesday, February 9 at 7:00 in Union 207. The workshop will be led by Emily Lenning.
