Opening Day Pool Party!!

The party will be May 28rd and starts at 11am. There will be a DJ, food, games and of course swimming in our newly renovated pool! Please review the attached pool rules sheet. Also be sure to check the website and Facebook page for any changes but the plan is still to be ready to go by opening day……fingers crossed!!

Private Pool Parties

If you would like to reserve space at the pool for a private party during regular pool hours (11-9pm), please see the attendant at the pool or call 816-332-9894. The small grill may be rented for a fee. If you would like to book a private after-hours party (after 9pm), please contact Rosetta Caven at 816-455-2299 or D.D. Zimmerman at 816-509-1190.Unfortunately parties may not be booked on HOA event days/nights.

Pool phone number change

In order to reduce expenses we have disconnected the landline at the pool and have a cell now. The new pool number is 816-332-9894.

Sluggerrr!!

Sluggerrwill be visiting the pool on June 11th from 12:30-1:00. Get there early and bring your cameras!!

Barracudas!!

You can still sign up for the Brooktree Barracudas online at Anyone can sign up from any neighborhood so be sure to spread the word and check the website for more information.

Note: the pool will close early for all home meets and also for the end of the swim season party on July 17th.

HOA dues are……due!!

Assessments were due in full by April 1st. Households not paid in full will not be able to use the pool or tennis courts. Also lien notices will be sent todelinquent lot holders and their lenders in June.

Babble Delivery

We are always looking for people to help deliver the Babble. If you are interested please contact Kevin Vieth at or 816-452-6155

Tennis Courts

If you would like keys for the Tennis Courts please contact Melissa Dupin at 816-885-6553. The courts can be used at night. Just bring some quarter to fire up the lights. The light controls are located on the Southeast corner. Also be sure the check out the website for a list of Tennis Court Rules.
