- John
- Safety at the get in and get out. Glass bottles have been found and removed from the river bank. Be careful and let a coach or committee member know if you find anything that needs removing.
- John mentioned that it might be a good idea to start looking at booking some club winter river trips. Some suitable dates will be arranged.

- Mike
- Mike mentioned that ASDA have offered for the canoe club to have a stall at their supermarket to promote the club. There would be space for an ergo machine. Mike will contact them to see which dates they can offer and how much room we will have and then we can ask to borrow the ergo machine from British canoeing. The new club leaflets will be handed out to promote new club memberships.
- Ben McAllister
