MINTS OF LIBRARY MEETING
A meeting was held on 26/04/2016 in the presence of principal in the principal office.All the committee members of the library have attanded this meeting . the folowing points have discussed
1.BEAUTIFICATION OF THE LIBRARY –
committee has decided that things to be prserved for decoration of the library not to display because of the library is goinging to be shift in another bulding after the shifted it will dispay and decoreted
2. SITTING PROBLEMS IN THE LIB.
The library committee has decided that as per the mark of library furniture will be purchased soon in future.
3. NO OF PERIODICALS AND NEWS PAPERS-
the following news papers and periodicals may be call for the library and two national news papers also be in the lib.

4. Book Purchasing: NCERT books related to the subject may be purchased.
a. One set of NCERT books should be issued to Primary teachers and asked the list of the selected books of the staff members.
5. Reference books: AS per subject requirement some reference books my be purchased. Asked the list of books from the respect subject teachers.
6. Story books and Novels: Special language Teachers asked the list of book for story and Novels (Fiction & Non-fiction and Poems etc.).
7. Primary section library: As per primary level students story and books may be purchased and issued to the primary section and marked those as per given library policy (Red, Green , Yellow, Blue).
8. Book fair at School level: Various publishers should be invited for book fair at school level.

10. Constitution of Reader's club: All the members of the library committee will be members of the Reader's club. The member's were apprised to perform their duties as the library policy 2015.
