GATESHEAD SCHOOL SPORT PARTNERSHIP: MULTIPLE EVENT ENTRY FORM - SPRING TERM 2016

This form has been designed to streamline the event entry process, allowing schools to enter several events in one step without the need to complete a number of separate application forms. Please note that this option is only available for events requiring minimal entry details; any event where more complex information is required (e.g. pupil names/ team sheets) has been ‘greyed out’ in the table below. To enter an event that is ‘greyed out’ you will be required to submit the specific event form and all associated detail ahead of the entry deadline.

Although intended to streamline the event entry process this form does NOT replace the individual event flyers. It is essential that these are referred to in order to ascertain information relating to venue, competition format, maximum numbers etc. By submitting entries via the form below you are agreeing to the charges outlined within the individual event flyer and the associated terms and conditions, full details of which can be accessed online by clicking here.
