Three Student Evaluation Forms, which were completed by one of the CHS assistant principals, the applicant’s government and economics teacher, and the applicant’s English IV teacher, have been submitted to the Cuero ISD Education Foundation executive director’s office.

Student Aid Report (SAR) or Texas Application for State Financial Aid (TASFA) is attached.

Official Cuero High School transcript is attached. (Copies will not be accepted.)
