1.Introduction
Thanks for Choosing led bar wash 324 light .We believe the high quality of our lights and our sincere service can get your appreciation .For your own safety and to achieve the best effects of the lights ,please read the manual thoroughly before operation .
The light is equipped with aluminum cover which is based on human and fashionable design as well as top international technology standard .With 24 pieces of high quality 3-in-1 RGB led and constant current power supply ,it can achieve brilliant and pure color mixing effects. The RGB colors can be controlled individually and it has the 0-255 degree dimmer function as well as rainbow ,adjustable strobe functions .With 110-250V power supply ,no more worry for the power voltage .In accordance with the CCC and CE standards, the led bar light has long lifespan (100000hrs),low power consumption, waterproof ,and collision resistance quality .With DMX 512 standard and easy to assembly ,it’s widely used for the stage washing ,demos, events ,TV, night clubs ,dancing room ,professional theater as well as building outside washing .
2.Safety Introduction
Warning
Check if it’s damaged upon receiving the light. If so , contact the local dealers or Factory .
Read the manual thoroughly before operation .The IP rate is IP65 but you still keep it from fire ,electronic and UV site .
2.1 High temperature
The working temperature of the lights cannot be over 40 ℃.
Power off the lights once the temperature is over 40 ℃.
2.2 Dropping
Make sure it won’t drop during the transportation .
Make sure the site holing the lights can take more than 10 times weight of the lights .
Make sure the clamps holding steady and use the safety cable as the auxiliary safety method.
2.3 UV radiation
Don’t not stare the leds in case of the UV radiation and lights causing eyes uncomfortable.
2.4Thunder and lightning
Only the qualified technician can take the operation .
Make sure the power voltage is suitable and with overloading and leakage protection .
It must be grounded properly .
2.5 Overheating and fire
Don’t locate the lights on the combustible .
Make it away from the combustible and explosive .

4. Operation introduction
4.1Power supply
1. LED WASH BAR 324is with wide voltage supply .
Voltage :90V—240V 50Hz—60Hz
2 .power connecting
Only the qualified technician can take the operation.
Make sure the power voltage is suitable and with overloading and leakage protection
Attention :
Connect the lights to the power source directly .Don’t connect it to the dimmer controller. Use the standard 3 pin plugs and make sure it grounded properly .

4.2 Connecting standard
Use the standard & screened dmx cable with diameter over 0.5mm .Don’t connect the dmx pins to the surface of the lights or between themselves . Don’t over connecting than 32 pieces of the lights .

Welding one 1W/120Ωresistance between the + and – pins at the end of the last one light as below picture avoid the reflection and disturbance during the transportation .
5.Operation and control method
5.1 Menu display ：

Operation introduction :Press A , 9 different effect functions display in circle .The first digit show the present function ,the second and third digits show the function value .Press B to change the value .It will be stored in 10s .
Attention :LED WASH BAR 324 can be controlled by its own control board when without controller. If with main controller ,all the lights should be in the dmx mode(7chs & 3chs mode ) .

7．Maintenance
Attention :
(1)All the screws without erosion must be screwed tight.
(2)Make sure the light itself ,lens ,and holding place are in good shape .
(3)Make sure the power cables are without damage or ware out .
All the maintenance work must be operated by the qualified workers .
Warning :Power off before maintenance
In order to achieve stable performance and long lifespan ,maintenance must be operated regularly .
Check the power wires by qualified technician once a month to avoid the potential short circuit ,overheating accidents .
Use the moist and soft cloth to clear .Don’t use the alcohol or organic solvent .
Without qualified technician permission and operation ,do not open the lights .
Contact the local seller if without the accessories .
8.Common malfunction
1.Lighting dim
A. Check the lens clean or not .
B . Clean the dust of the lens and front covers regularly .
2.Signal disconnection
A. Check the dmx cable if welding loose or short circuit .
B. Check the dmx code right or not .
C. Check the IC on PCB if been burned by high power .
D. The serial connecting dmx cable is too long to transfer the signal .You can weld one 1W/120Ωresistance between the + and – pins at the end of the last one light .。
E. Check if there are signal and high power disturbance .
F. The controller is broken or not compatible with the lights .
3No responding to the controller
A .Must set it to dmx mode .
B .Check the dmx cable .
C . IC has been burnt .
4.Starting problem
A.It maybe caused by the long distance vibration .Check the fuse and wires inside loose or not .
