No previous minutes were read and approved.

Board

The Board was introduced and parents welcomed and thanked for the great turnout to the meeting.

New Business:

  • The Pony Plop is in need of volunteers and the sign-up genius will be live up until the event. Kohls volunteer help is not confirmed and the H&S Board is seeking help from high school students in need of service hours. Tickets for the grid will be sold through Friday and a limited number of spots will be available the day of the event. Kim McCormick volunteered to bring an additional cornhole game for the free activities.
  • New coupon books with more local stores are being considered to replace Kidstuff as the 8th grade fundraiser. The class will vote to make a decision.
  • Dates are being confirmed with the parish for the My Guy and My Gal dances in the spring. Stay tuned for details in the next meeting.
  • Secret Santa sales is scheduled for 12/11 and 12/12. Set up is tentatively scheduled for 12/10, pending coordination with CYO on gym availability. A sign-up genius will be posted when dates are confirmed.
  • Annual Basket Raffle – April 20

Budget

The budget for the current school year will be reviewed by Lori Gray, H&S Treasurer in the next meeting.
