Undergraduate – Year 0 entry 200 tariff points/80 tariff points / Alberta, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, North West Territories, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan
  • High School Diploma/Graduation Certificate with 60% average across 5 grade 12 subjects.
British Columbia and Yukon Territory
  • Senior Secondary Graduation Diploma CCCC.
Nova Scotia
  • High School Completion Certificate with 60% average across 5 University Preparation subjects or Honours University Preparation subjects (denoted by a 4 or 5).
Manitoba
  • High School Diploma with 60% average across 5 credits (some classes may be worth 1 credit or 0.5 credits) at Level 40 or higher. There are four different English classes, all are acceptable, all called English Language Arts (ELA) (40S)
Ontario
  • High School Diploma/Graduation Certificate with 55% average across 6 grade 12 subjects (denoted by 4U or 4M).
Quebec
  • Completion of the DiplomeD’EtudesCollegiales (DEC) or Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) with an average of 60%.
/ 65% High School Grade 12 English
(This satisfies the English requirement for US and Canadian passport holders only; in all other cases an IELTS etc would be required.)

  • High School Diploma/Graduation Certificate with 70% average across 5 grade 12 subjects. Where a specific subject is required that subject must have 70% minimum in the high school transcript.
British Columbia and Yukon Territory
  • Senior Secondary Graduation Diploma CCCBB. Where a specific subject is required that subject must have a B minimum in the high school transcript.
Nova Scotia
  • High School Completion Certificate with 70% average across 5 University Preparation subjects or Honours University Preparation subjects (denoted by a 4 or 5). Where a specific subject is required that subject must have 70% minimum in the high school transcript.
Manitoba
  • High School Diploma with 70% average across 5 credits (some classes may be worth 1 credit or 0.5 credits) at Level 40 or higher. Where a specific subject is required then 70% minmum is required. There are four different English classes, all are acceptable, all called English Language Arts (ELA) (40S)
Ontario
  • High School Diploma/Graduation Certificate with 70% average across 6 grade 12 subjects at least four of which should be University Preparation Courses (denoted by 4U). The other two courses could be additional University Preparation Courses (denoted by 4U) OR University/College Preparation Courses (denoted by 4M). Where a specific subject is required that subject must have 65% minimum in the high school transcript.
Quebec
  • Completion of the DiplomeD’EtudesCollegiales (DEC) or Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) with an average of 65%. Where a specific subject is required that subject must have 65% minimum in the high school transcript.

  • 77% is 2:1
  • 73% is 2:2
Where a Percentage (50% pass rate) is used:
  • 75% is 2:1
  • 70% is 2:2

British Columbia and Yukon Territory
  • Senior Secondary Graduation Diploma BBBBB.
Nova Scotia
  • High School Completion Certificate with 85% average across 5 University Preparation subjects or Honours University Preparation subjects (denoted by a 4 or 5).
Manitoba
  • (Please contact Emily if you get a qualification from here) Possibly 4 credits awarded at the 300 Level with 85% in each.
Ontario
  • High School Diploma/Graduation Certificate with 80% average across 6 grade 12 subjects at least 4 of which should be University Preparation Courses (denoted by 4U), the other two courses should be University/College Preparation Courses (denoted by 4M).
