Dear Parents

TO DEVELOP PUNCTUALITY AND DISCIPLINE IN CHILDREN WE HAVE OUTLINED SOME GUIDELINES AS BELOW.

• Children should be present in school on or before 9:15am in neat school uniform. School hours end at 3.30pm.
• Children should not miss classes at any cost.
• Kindly don’t send your child if he/she is sick. Please don’t also forget to inform the school with a leave note {leave note should be written in a long sheet and please send it in a brown cover }
• Please check school-bag and books of your child every day.
• Projects/ Seminars/ Assignments will be given to the children. Kindly ensure that they submit in time.
• See that your child follow a home time-table for studies, strictly. Kindly monitor the same.
• Please don’t forget to take a full account of the happenings for the day... how much the child studied at school and at home also. This must be done before your child goes to bed.
• Reading and mastering the text book is most important. Cultivate the habit right from the beginning.
• Self study is the best. Please sit with your child during his studies. Avoid sending your child to their friend’s house for group study.
• If your child attends tuition classes conducted by our school teachers, please obtain permission from the Principal. This should be strictly informed to the school.
• Language and behaviour of the children will be keenly observed by our teachers. Certain marks will be deducted and the same will be recorded in the hand-book. Discipline is of prime importance at school.
• Kindly go through the handbook provided and strictly abide by the rules.
• Please don’t directly tackle or get into arguments with the teachers. Please bring your problems to our notice, and we assure you it will be solved with discussion.
• In case your child is finding difficulty in any matter whatsoever, please approach the Principal or send sms to 8762473991. Everything will fall in line.

Holidays are subject to change as per State Government Policy :

• Open parent day for all classes will be after the tests or exams, but in case the parent needs any clarification they can meet on the Fourth Saturday of every month after the school hours.
• Paper view for the tests and I term exam will be on the open parent day.
• Co-curricular & Sports prizes will be given during Assembly or any other important day.
• Academic Prizes, Main Sports Prizes will be given on Academic day/Annual day.
• Two Activities will be conducted for each FA’S.
• SA will be only pen & Paper test.
• Project/ assignments/practical’s will be given for FA only.
• 20% questions will be from work book and 10% will be from the textbook in between the lessons. So, children should read textbook thoroughly.
