In the case of cancellation, cancellation fees are due as follows:

Nothing is charged for cancellations made by 26 May 2017

50% of the Congress fee is charged for cancellations made by 9 June 2017

75% of the Congress fee is charged for cancellations made by 13 June 2017

Cancellation is no longer possible from 14 June 2017 on.

Duration of the lecture: 30 minutes (including a related discussion of 10 minutes)

Selection procedure: the abstract will be anonymized and forwarded to the Scientific Board for evaluation. The final decision on acceptance and the form of presentation (oral or poster presentation) will be announced by the end of January 2017 by the Scientific Board.
