Costume Classes
Costume class riders must wear a safety helmet and boots with a heel. Horses must be ridden in a bridle, no halters.
Riding bareback is allowed. Double riding is not allowed.

Entry Form
1.Entries close Wednesday, October 28, 2015. A post entry of $5.00 per class will be applied to entries received after this date. No Refunds without a valid illness or injury for either horse or rider. Refunds will be processed less a 25% administrative fee.

3.Management reserves the right to cancel or combine classes.
4.There is a $40.00 service fee for NSF checks.
5.There is no schooling over fences unless under the direct supervision of a professional trainer.
6.Schooling is available from 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., Friday, October 30, 2015. Schooling Tickets may be pre-purchased for Fri. night schooling, $10.00 per horse schooled.
7.Open schooling on Saturday, 10/31/15, from 7:00AM – 8:15AM.
8.ASTM/SEI-certified helmets with harness secured must be worn by all riders while mounted on RockMeadow property.
9. Schooling equipment, boots, polos are allowed.
10. The Judge’s decision is final. Poor sportsmanship, cruel or abusive behavior will result in dismissal from show.
11. In the interest of safety, trailer tying in the parking lot areas is not allowed. Visiting horses are required to reserve either a day or overnight stall. We offer special show rates of $20.00 for a day stall, $30.00 for overnight.
We do not provide feed. Stalls will be provided clean and bedded for your use. Stalls can be reserved with your pre-payment.

I AGREE that I choose to participate voluntarily in the competition with my horse as a rider, handler, lunger, lessee, owner, agent, coach, and trainer or as a parent or guardian of a junior exhibitor. I am fully aware and acknowledge that horse sports and the competition involve inherent dangerous risks of accident, loss and serious bodily injury including broken bones, head injuries, trauma, pain, suffering or death (harm). I AGREE to hold harmless and release RockMeadow Equestrian Center (REC), the management of the show and the owner of the property on which the show will be held from all claims for money damages or otherwise for any harm to me or my horse and for any harm of any nature caused by me or my horse to others, even if the harm arises or results directly, or indirectly, from the negligence of REC. Furthermore, I release REC, the show management and owner of the property from all liability for the loss or damage to any personal equipment, vehicle, horses or ponies, whether caused by the negligence of REC or otherwise. Parent or guardian must sign for participants under the age of eighteen (18).
