- Permanent Field Marking
- Mike Njos is going to take care of locating and flagging the current fields so next spring they are ready to go (if Mike can’t, Landon Dinius will)
- Status of DPS soccer program initiation
- Shannon met with Guy Fridley
- Guy has visited with some of the western ND schools
- Guy is going to discuss whether they want to start with Jr. High or start all in (Jr High and High School)
- Board feels we should start with Jr. High, but Guy mentioned other ND schools are recommending to start all in
- We are responsible for paying the referees for all games
- There are currently no referees at that level in our area
- Discussed the possibility of using the current Jr. High field for all practices and use the new school’s field for games
- Job Responsibilities updated and approved for the year (attachment)
- Election of Officers (approved as listed on attachment)
- Winter Program
- Flyer approval (need to work on gym space to fill the slots that were at Jefferson on Tuesdays as it is not available)
- Timeline approval
- Website Update/Sports Ngin, Blue Sombrero, TeamSnap
- Sports Ngin: $1,800 Premier level, $500 base level +$50/month
- They set up registration
- Volunteer system is $200 extra/year
- Blue Sombrero: Free
- Just came up with mobile option (Dick’sTHSQ)
- Seems user friendly and will replace our TeamSnap
- Board decided to keep using Blue Sombrero and discontinue TeamSnap as of November 1st

- Rapid City FrightFest 22-23 Oct
- 1 team going (U11)
- Elite Player Development Camp 22-23 Oct
- Footskills -- one session included in price of winter registration (instead of t-shirt)
- Schedule for 2017
- Coaches interested in indoor
- Rec coach training in mid-December
- E license training (nothing scheduled as of yet)
- Frosty Cup Registration
- Going to register 3 teams
- Recreational Coordinator Report
- Referee Coordinator (assigned to Mark Rollibard as Vice President)

- Dates for nets to come down – October 15 after rec games (except fields 4&5)
