Since 2010, has been involved with the patenting of a Computational Fluid Dynamics model, which utilizes equations derived from time and space derivatives of Newton’s Law, and the equations of motion to efficiently model linear, curvilinear, and turbulent fluid motion.
▪Model will be self-meshing based on the flow conditions of the model.
▪Also developed a motion function , which smoothly moves a flow field around an object with least pressure drag.

Senior Mechanical Engineer (2009-2010)
Worked in firm’s Watts Bar Unit 2 Construction Completion Project (Special Projects Group). Responsible for leading Vendor Information Corrective Action Program, as well as the Containment Cooling Special Program.
▪Duties included developing Individual Plant External Event Evaluation Safe Shutdown Equipment List, performing Breach Evaluations, as well as preparing Closed/Developed corrective action plans for Unit I and Unit 2 issues.

▪Also performed site and laboratory investigations, and efforts was integral in successfully defending product liability suit against a major recreational vehicle manufacturer.
PRC ENGINEERING SERVICES, INC., Spring City,Tennessee
Principal Staff Member (1989-1992)
Responsible for providing engineering services at Tennessee Valley Authority’s Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, serving as Lead Engineer in the Installation Design Requirements Matrix Program. Conceived, proposed, and obtained approval for program, which showed that all vendor manual requirements for installation of primary safety-related components had been followed at the plant. Supervised three engineers, as well as holding NRC site access clearance.
▪NRC had work confirmed after project’s completion, as 98% of results were verified, which was integral in securing operating license for Watts Bar Unit One.
▪Later served as Project Manager at Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant, and managed 20 engineers, technicians, data entry operators, and clerks, and met all project expectations.
▪Returned to Watts Bar Vendor Information Closure Program, and presided over the completion of engineering
activities necessary to fulfill requirements for Vendor Information Corrective Action Program.
