Subject: Consultancy Services for Construction Supervision of Zao Small Dam, Khyber Agency.

FATA Development Authority intends to start Construction of Zao Small Dam, Khyber Agency in near future. FATA-DA wants to hire Consultants for detail construction supervision of the project. Submissions of technical & financial proposal from pre-qualified consultants are re-invited.

1.The Guide lines & TORs for the Project can be collected from the office of under signed on cash payment or Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- in the name of Chief Executive FATA-DA on any working day.

2.The technical and financial proposal will be evaluated as per criteria of 80% & 20% weightage for technical & financial status of the firms. The financial proposals of those firms will be considered for evaluation who get technically qualified, for this project.

3.FATA Development Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the proposals.

4.In order to get familiarize with the project and the local conditions they can visit the project area. It should be clearly understood that any cost incurred by them for collection of preliminary information, for preparation of proposals or for sub sequent visit will not be reimbursable.

5.Any request for additional information, we would endeavor to provide such information expeditiously, but any delay in collection of information will not be considered a reason for extending date of your proposals.

6.Pre-bid conference/meeting will be held in the office of undersigned on 18th December, 2010 at 11:00 AM to discuss the issues if any. All the pre-qualified firms are requested to send their comments or any other clarification(s) required and to reach the same to the undersigned three (03) days before the meeting date. Pre-bid conference will not be held in case no comments/clarifications from Consultants side are received.

7.Detail technical and financial proposals prepared in English be submitted in two copies which should reach at the following address in sealed cover not later than closing of office hours on 28th December, 2010.
