The plan for any data migration will be factor in the re-procurement of the clinical system, if applicable.

Data quality is the responsibility of all staff who use our clinical systems, and all play a role in cleansing data and handling data quality problems to some extent, although more so in the case of administrative roles. The Trust employs one staff member whose sole role is improving the quality of data.

The Trust uses nationally provided tools: The Summary Care Record, Open Exeter and the Batch Tracing Service.
