Open meeting–Michael Amiott, second Jeremy Goldizen.

Secretary – Minutes read motion to accept Jeff Cummins, second Michael Amiott.

President – Nothing to report

VP- Kid Glove is pretty much done; we sold 310-315 tickets. We will need umpire equipment with some of the kids glove money. Kickball meeting Thursday at 8:30, we need support and help organizing to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Treasurer – $9,041, we still have $14,489 in spring registration for a total of $23,500. We need approximately $16,000 to run until soccer registration money is deposited. Concession currently has $5,400. The beer license was approved. Motion to accept Michael Amiott, second Jonathan Light.

Concession – The register is going great. Dave made a flow chart of the procedures. We need a commercial grade freezer, runs approximately $500. The propane tanks have been mounted and we need concession workers for the kickball tournament.

Softball – All teams are doing great. June 20th – 29thare the end of season tournaments at Bethel and Mt Orab. We need unpires, 16 and older, we also need equipment. Thanks to Keith Bush and Jeremy Goldizen for umpiring. Thanks also, to Keith, Brandon and Seth for helping prepare the fields for games over the last week. 6u/8u/and 12u mid-season tournament was rained out at Batavia they are now this weekend. Softball field etiquette, if someone is on your field? The only thing to bump a practice is a game.

Baseball – All teams made Division 1, A-senior is undefeated. July 3rd is last make-up day. July 6th is end of season tournament, runs for a week, 16 teams, 40 games. Ramsey is new baseball t-ball coach. Robyn had tried to purchase uniforms online not sure what happened, no money or uniform.

Soccer – Pricing for buying soccer uniforms. Vote to purchase $20 uniform or $25 uniform 7 for cheaper uniform 0 for more expensive uniform. Pads are in for soccer goals.

Cheerleading – Nothing to report.

Basketball –Nothing to report

Wrestling – Nothing to report.

Field Scheduler – Things are going well. Please look at the schedule every day, should we have a monitor in the concession??Should we have umpire name on schedule?

Field report – Sprayed today, CSI is coming Thursday. Is there a different way to anchor the soccer goals?

Old Business – Gym is going to be painted the first full week in June. Pre-season tournament for soccer August 16th and 17th? Field evaluations are August 23rd & 24th.

John Deere –New 4 year loan $295 a month / 3 year loan $385 a month 2 year bumper to bumper warranty. Used $3,500-$7,000. Vote yes for used 4 /Vote yes for new 5 Vote was for new but agreed to have Scott research for 24 hours to buy a used one that could be here by the end of next week.

By-laws – revisions have been made we will vote on revisions next month.
