The Electrical & ITE Engineering Colleges, Sydney Branch (the Branch) of Engineers Australia (EA) invites nominations Chair/Deputy Chair and Secretary of the Electrical & ITE Engineering Colleges, Sydney Branch Committee.

Eligibility – At the time of nomination, the nominee must be a financial member of Engineers Australia and also a member of the Electrical or ITE Engineering College(s).

Duration –Committee membership is for 12 months.

This formis to be completed and delivered by the due date. Nominees may choose to have their nominations seconded by an EA member and to make statements supporting their nominations.

Selection process

To be eligible, the completed Nomination form (a scanned pdf file of the completed Nomination form is acceptable)must be delivered by 5.00pm Monday 23 Feb 2017 by mail or e-mail to Dyasmin Sandhu, Group Engagement Officer Sydney Division, EA.

  • Formal acceptance of nominations will occur at the General Meeting on 23 Feb 2017.
  • Nominees may choose to make an oral statement in support of their nomination atthe General Meeting. Alternately, nominees may submit a written statement with their completed Nomination form.
  • The 2016 committee will assess all nominations. There will be insufficient time to make such assessments at the General Meeting.
  • Nominees will be advised of their selection before the first committee meeting in 2017.
